About this policy

This policy describes the Sneaky iPhone game provided by Douaa Eljebari, its local data and the optional services used for purchases and support.

Data stored on your device

Game progress, answers and discoveries, your chosen detective name, hints, purchase access status and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this information on a server. You can reset game progress using the app’s controls or remove the app’s local data by deleting the app. Apple may retain purchase records and restore eligible purchases separately.

Fictional phone content

The phones, contacts, messages, photos, maps, transactions and social profiles shown in Sneaky are fictional game content. Sneaky does not read your real messages, contacts, photo library, bank account or location to run its investigations.

Purchases

Optional subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit to check purchase entitlements and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase and account information is described in Apple’s privacy policy.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Sneaky schedules reminders locally on your device for game progress, hints and optional trial reminders. You can turn them off in iPhone Settings. No remote notification service or device-token collection is used.

Advertising and tracking

The current release includes no advertising SDK, analytics SDK or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Support and this website

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. If you choose to open a support issue, GitHub processes your account and submission information under GitHub’s privacy statement. Issues in this public repository can be read by others. Please include only the technical details needed to explain the problem; do not post passwords, payment details or private messages. We may use the information you submit to respond and resolve your request.

This site adds no analytics scripts or tracking cookies. GitHub may process ordinary web request information to provide and secure its hosting service.

Children and content

Sneaky contains fictional adult relationship themes and is intended for an older audience, as indicated by its App Store age rating. The app has no account registration and does not ask for a date of birth.

Changes and contact

If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes are reflected in a release. For a privacy question, use the support page.
