How does the free case work?
The first five questions of The Lisbon Alibi are available immediately. After question five, close the offer to continue on the free route: one more question unlocks every 24 hours, through the final verdict. Sneaky Pass skips the wait. Cases two and three require paid access.
I’m stuck on a question
Use the hint button for a nudge, a more specific clue or the solution. Multiple-choice mode is available if you prefer it. Check your case board to revisit the facts you have already found.
Restore purchase access
Use Restore Purchases on the Sneaky paywall while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple can restore eligible subscriptions and the one-time Sneaky Forever unlock. Consumable hint packs are spent items and do not restore like a permanent unlock.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open Apple’s subscription settings to view or cancel Sneaky Pass. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. The price, billing period and any applicable trial are shown by Apple before purchase.
Request a refund
Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for an eligible purchase. Eligibility and the decision are determined by Apple.
